Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for kids on the electric bike tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but kids should be able to ride a bike comfortably. Most parents bring kids aged 10 and up, but younger ones can join if they're good on a bike. Just make sure they can handle the e-bike's weight and height. Helmets are provided, so safety's covered!

Q: Is there a backup plan for rain cancellations?

A: Yes! If the weather isn't cooperating, they usually reschedule or give you a credit for a different date. It’s best to check the forecast a few days ahead and be flexible just in case! They want you to have a great time, rain or shine.

Q: Can we use our own bikes instead of renting?

A: Unfortunately, the tour requires you to use their electric bikes because they know the bikes are safe and easy to use. But trust me, the e-bikes make the ride so much easier, especially on those coastal hills! You’ll enjoy it more than you think.

Thinking of giving the Electric Bike Food Tour as a gift! Anyone tried it?

I’m considering this electric bike food tour in Carlsbad for my sister’s birthday. It sounds amazing with all the different restaurants and beautiful views! I’m curious about how the app works for the tour and if it’s easy to navigate. Plus, how do the bikes handle? Any tips from anyone who's done it?
