Q&A
A: Yes, the scooters usually have a weight limit of around 250 lbs. It's best to check with Bike Rent NYC directly, but that’s the standard for many rental scooters. Just in case, they may have options or recommendations for heavier riders.
A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Bike Rent NYC usually allows changes 24 hours in advance, but definitely check their cancellation policy beforehand. I’d recommend keeping an eye on the forecast!
A: Dress comfortably! I recommend wearing sneakers and lightweight clothing since you’ll be moving around a lot. Also, don’t forget to bring a light jacket if it’s chilly. The helmets are provided, but a scarf for your neck might help if it’s windy.

Thinking of gifting the Electric Scooter Tour for my parents!
Hey everyone! I'm considering the Electric Scooter Tour of Central Park for my parents’ anniversary. They both speak Spanish and love the outdoors. I think it’ll be a unique way for them to explore the park's history. Anyone done this yet? How's the vibe? Is it easy for older folks?
Just took the Electric Scooter Tour – it was amazing!
I just got back from the Electric Scooter Tour in Central Park and wow, what a ride! The guide was fantastic, and zipping around the park was so much fun. We saw the Bethesda Fountain and even got some great pics at the Reservoir. Highly recommend it for anyone who speaks Spanish and wants a fun way to see the sights! It was worth every penny.
