Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for kids on the private boat tour?

A: There aren't any specific age restrictions, but it's best for kids who are comfortable on the water. Parents should keep an eye on little ones, as the boat might sway a bit. They provide life jackets for all ages, so safety is a priority! It's a really fun experience for families.

Q: What's the cancellation policy if the weather is bad?

A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, they’ll typically reschedule or provide a full refund. Just give them a call 24 hours before your tour if you’re concerned about conditions. It’s always good to check ahead, especially during stormy seasons!

Q: Is there parking available at Tahoe Keys Marina?

A: Yes, there’s free parking at the marina! It can fill up quickly on weekends, though, so plan to arrive a bit early if you can. It's a pretty popular spot, especially in the summer.

Amazing afternoon at Emerald Bay!

Just came back from the Emerald Bay private boat tour and wow, it was incredible! We saw Fannette Island and the Vikingsholm castle, which looked so beautiful from the water. The captain was super friendly and even let us play our own music through the Bluetooth speaker. I went with my girlfriend, and we packed a cooler with snacks and some drinks. Perfect way to spend 1.5 hours! Totally recommend it for anyone looking for a unique gift or just a fun day out in Tahoe.

Thinking of gifting this boat tour, any thoughts?

I’m considering getting the Emerald Bay private boat tour as a birthday gift for my brother and his wife. They love outdoor stuff and have never been to Lake Tahoe. I’m just worried about the weather this time of year. Anyone done this recently? Would love to hear your thoughts!
