Join us on an Epic Bicycle Adventure experiencing the sights, sounds, and smells that makes Seattle a gem of a city.  After gearing up (see meet up location) we bicycle through Seattle’s Olympic Sculpture Park on our way to the heart of the city Seattle Center. Our bicycle guides navigate you through the hipster neighborhoods of Ballard, Fremont, South Lake Union, Seattle Center, and Queen Anne on an amazing interurban bicycle trail. Less than 2 miles is not on a protected bike trail, very safe. Must be at least 12-years-old and 5 feet tall. Daily 9:30am-12:30pm.

Q: What should I wear for the Emerald City Bicycle Tour? Is it casual or more sporty?

A: I'd recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a bit sweaty! A light t-shirt, bike shorts, and definitely some sneakers. If you’re going in the summer, maybe bring a light jacket for the morning chill. Don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen, especially if it’s sunny. The bike ride is pretty chill, but you want to be comfy!

Q: How's the parking situation near the start of the Emerald City Bicycle Tour?

A: Parking can be a bit tricky in Seattle, especially in the downtown area. There's some street parking but it can fill up fast. I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to find a spot. There are also some paid lots nearby, which can save you the stress. Just keep in mind to check the signs for parking rules to avoid a ticket!

Q: Is this tour suitable for a 12-year-old? What’s the difficulty level?

A: Yes, it is definitely suitable for a 12-year-old as long as they're at least 5 feet tall! The tour is pretty easy-going and the guides make sure everyone feels comfortable. There are some fun stops along the way, so it won’t feel too intense for a kid. Just a heads up, if your kid isn’t used to riding, maybe practice a bit before the tour!

Thinking about the Emerald City Bicycle Tour as a gift for my sister!

I’m looking to buy this tour for my sister's birthday. She loves biking and exploring new spots in Seattle! The route through Ballard and South Lake Union sounds perfect for her. I just want to make sure it's not too strenuous, since she’s kind of out of shape. Anyone done this tour and can share their experiences? What was the vibe like?

Just did the Emerald City Bicycle Tour and it was amazing!

Wow, this tour was a highlight of my visit to Seattle! The ride through the Olympic Sculpture Park was gorgeous and our guide was super knowledgeable. I loved the vibe in Fremont! If you’re considering this as a gift, do it! Just bring water and wear comfy shoes. Definitely worth the price, which is $0 (amazing, right?)!
