Q&A
A: Unfortunately, this tour is designed for intermediate to advanced riders, and the age limit is typically 16 years and older. If your teen has experience with mountain biking and is comfortable on rough terrain, they might be able to join, but I’d recommend contacting the provider directly for confirmation. Safety is key!
A: The terrain is pretty demanding with a mix of technical singletrack and some steep climbs! If you’re an intermediate rider, you should be good, but just be prepared for some rugged parts. The guides are great at tailoring the experience to your skill level, so don’t stress too much.
A: Definitely wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothing since you'll be working up a sweat! Sturdy closed-toe shoes are a must. The tour includes helmets and pads, so just bring your own gloves if you have them for extra comfort. And maybe a light jacket if the weather looks iffy!

Just did the e-Mountain bike tour in Maui, and wow!
I recently went on the e-Mountain bike tour at a private ranch in Maui, and it was a blast! The views from the top of the climbs are absolutely stunning. We had this awesome guide who made sure we were safe but also pushed us to tackle some challenging singletrack. The local coffee and banana bread afterward were such a nice touch too! I definitely recommend it for anyone who's comfortable riding off-road.
Considering gifting the e-Mountain bike tour to my husband!
Hey everyone, I’m thinking about getting this e-Mountain bike tour for my husband’s birthday. He’s an intermediate rider, but he loves a good adventure! Has anyone tried this? How was the experience? What do I need to know before booking?
