There are opportunities for safe cliff jumping, or choose to swim, soak, or simply admire the magic of the Falls. The guides are super helpful, so they’ll assess each person's readiness. If someone doesn’t feel up to jumping, there are plenty of other fun ways to enjoy the waterfalls!

Plus, you can focus on enjoying the adventure instead of trying to snap pics yourself. We’ve got some epic shots of us jumping off cliffs and swimming in the falls—definitely highlights of our trip!

Q: What should we wear for the waterfall adventure? Is it muddy?

A: Definitely wear swimwear under some comfy clothes! It can get muddy near the falls, so water shoes or sandals with straps are a must. I also recommend bringing a quick-dry towel and a change of clothes for after. Just be ready to get wet and have fun!

I did the Epic Waterfall Adventure last month and it was everything I hoped for! The waterfalls were gorgeous, and we even had a chance to jump from a cliff, which was exhilarating! The GoPro photos came out stunning. If you love nature and a bit of adventure, this is a must-do in Maui!
