Next, step into the role of Winemaker for a Day with the Premium Wine Blending Experience. Working with select wines from Italian Oak Casks or small French Oak Barrels, you’ll craft your own red wine blend. This hands-on session lets you create a wine uniquely yours while discovering how blends achieve balance and depth. With the option to bottle it as a keepsake, your bespoke creation, including a custom label, is a special reminder of your day as a Winemaker.
