A: There's no strict age limit, but the tour is best suited for older kids and adults. Just keep in mind that some of the hikes can be a bit challenging. If you're bringing younger kids, make sure they're able to handle some walking and are comfortable with the scenery. Also, Kapohokine Adventures offers a lot of stops with breaks, which helps!
A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you'll be doing some walking on uneven ground. I'd recommend layers – it can get cool in the evening, especially near the volcano. Also, don't forget sunscreen and maybe a light jacket for when the sun goes down. And definitely bring a hat!

Thinking about getting this tour for my parents as a gift! They love nature and the idea of seeing lava is super exciting. My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and I think this tour could be perfect. I love the idea of a sunset view near the volcano. Has anyone experienced that? And do they make any special accommodations for anniversaries?
