Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd say it's best for kids 6 and up. They should be able to walk a bit on the nature hike and stay seated during the boat and airboat rides. Our kids loved it at ages 8 and 10! Just keep in mind that it can get hot, so bring plenty of water and maybe a fan.
A: Definitely wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit wet, especially since the airboat ride can splash! I'd recommend a quick-dry shirt, shorts, and don’t forget a hat and sunglasses. Sunscreen is a must since you’ll be out in the sun for a while. They provide ponchos if it rains, but better to be prepared!
A: Yes, you can reschedule due to weather! They keep an eye on conditions and will reach out if they need to move your date. Just make sure to call or email them as soon as possible if you think you need to change plans. They’re really good about working with you!

Just booked the Everglades Biologist Led Adventure - So Excited!
I just got tickets for the Everglades National Park Biologist Led Adventure for my boyfriend's birthday, and I can't wait! We're going in early December and I love that it includes lunch and snacks. The airboat ride sounds thrilling! Has anyone done this recently? Any tips for making the most of it?
Has anyone done the Everglades tour with kids?
I’m thinking about gifting this tour to my family for the holidays, but I’m unsure if my younger kids will enjoy it. They’re 4 and 7. Anyone have tips or experiences with younger kids on this tour?
