We set sail on a 45 foot, teak filled sailing yacht- Named, Song of David. One of the largest and most comfortable sailboats in the Oceanside harbor. We cater to guests from many of the five star hotels in the area. We serve an upscale experience with Charcuterie and Champagne as an option. Ask about our three and four hour extended experiences. We set sail and begin looking for dolphins and whales. The bow of the boat has been fitted with a special dolphin seat so that you can actually sit over the top of the playful dolphins below. The memories gained abord the Song of David will last a lifetime.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the sailing experience?

A: No age limit! The sailing experience is designed to be fun for all ages. Just make sure the kids are able to follow basic instructions and hold onto the boat. If they’re young, a life jacket is mandatory, and they might need some help sitting on the dolphin seat. Definitely a great family outing!

Q: What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate while we have this booked?

A: If the weather looks bad, they usually call you the day before to reschedule. Safety is their top priority. They’ve been super flexible with our bookings, and they’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule, so don’t stress too much!

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

A: Absolutely! You can bring your own snacks and drinks. Just remember, if you want the charcuterie and champagne option, you need to request that in advance. That said, some people just bring their own picnic items, and it works fine. Just no glass containers!

Thinking of booking the sailing experience – any advice?

I’m considering gifting the Oceanside sailing experience for my parents’ anniversary! They love dolphins and the idea of a charcuterie board sounds fancy. Has anyone done this? What was your experience like? Also, how’s the parking situation there?

Anyone know what to wear for the sailing trip?

I’ve never been on a sailboat before! I’m wondering what I should wear, especially since I’ve heard it can get windy. Any tips on what to bring, or what shoes are best?
