Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for kids on this powerboat cruise?

A: There's no strict age limit for kids, but I'd recommend it for kids 5 and up. The life jackets fit most children, and the crew is great with families. Just keep an eye on younger ones since the boat can get a bit bumpy. It’s definitely a fun outing for kids who love nature!

Q: Can you bring your own food and drinks on the cruise?

A: Absolutely! You can bring any food or drinks you’d like, and there’s a fridge on board to keep things cool. We packed a little picnic for our cruise, and it was perfect to enjoy while taking in the views. Just remember to bring napkins and any utensils you might need.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on our cruise date?

A: If the weather isn’t suitable for cruising, Broad Reach Adventures will contact you usually a day before to reschedule. They’re really good about keeping you informed and will work with you to find a new date. Just make sure to check your email before your trip!

Thinking of booking the powerboat cruise for my friend's birthday!

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting my friend a powerboat cruise for his birthday. The one that departs from Portland and goes through Casco Bay sounds amazing. I read that you can spot seals and maybe even dolphins? Also, how's the overall experience? Any tips on what to bring?

Just did the powerboat cruise and it was incredible!

I just got back from the Portland powerboat cruise and wow, what a blast! The crew was super friendly and the sights were beautiful, especially the historic buildings along the waterfront. We saw so many seals! Totally recommend packing lunch and some drinks. Can't wait to do this again!
