Q&A

Q: What’s the best time of year to do the Olympic Peninsula tour?

A: Late spring to early fall is usually the best time! The weather's milder, and you get to see the wildflowers in bloom. However, keep in mind that summer can get crowded. If you can handle some rain, fall offers beautiful foliage and less foot traffic.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the tour?

A: There's no strict age limit! Kids can absolutely join. Just check with the provider about any specific requirements or recommendations for younger children. They’ll love exploring the tide pools and forests!

Q: What’s included in the tour? Do we get food?

A: The tour includes private transportation, bottled water, and WiFi on board, but no meals are provided. I recommend bringing snacks and a packed lunch, especially if you plan to hike a bit at Hurricane Ridge.

Just booked the Olympic Peninsula tour! Any tips?

Hey everyone! I just booked the Olympic Peninsula tour with Wild Goose Tours for next month. I'm super excited about the ferry ride and exploring the tide pools! I’ve heard Crescent Lake is stunning... any tips on what to bring or what to wear? Also, is the hiking difficult or more of a stroll?

Amazing day on the Olympic Peninsula!

Just got back from the Olympic Peninsula tour, and wow, it was amazing! The ferry ride was so relaxing, and Crescent Lake is like something out of a movie. The tide pools were a highlight for me! If you’re considering this, just bring good shoes for walking and a camera. You won’t regret it!
