Q&A

Q: What should we wear for the Yukon Suspension Bridge tour in Skagway? Is it casual or more upscale?

A: It's pretty casual! You can definitely go with comfortable clothes since you'll be exploring the outdoors. Just make sure to wear sturdy shoes for walking around the bridge and some layers, as it can get chilly in the mountains. A light jacket is a good idea, especially if you're going later in the day.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this excursion? I want to take my 6-year-old.

A: No strict age limit! Kids are totally welcome. We brought our 7-year-old and she loved the views from the suspension bridge. Just keep an eye on them as there are some steep areas. They’ll have a blast exploring!

Q: How far is the suspension bridge from the port? Is parking an issue in Skagway?

A: It's about a 20-minute drive from the port, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the ride in the Escalade. No worries about parking; your tour includes everything and you won’t have to stress about it! Just relax and take in the sights.

Just did the Yukon and Suspension Bridge tour! What an amazing day!

I can't say enough good things about our experience in Skagway. The Cadillac Escalade was so comfortable for our family of five. The views from the suspension bridge were just breathtaking. We had a great guide who shared interesting facts about the area. If you're thinking of gifting this to someone, DO IT! It's well worth the experience.

Thinking about this tour as a gift for my parents. Any tips?

My parents love nature and have always wanted to visit Alaska! I’m considering gifting them the Yukon and Suspension Bridge tour. Are there any recommendations on the best time to book it? Also, would they be able to cope with the bridge? They aren’t super fit.
