Q&A
A: Yeah, it should be great for kids! The tour is designed to be engaging and covers a lot of interesting stories, like the Gold Rush and the Beat Generation. Just keep an eye on her when you're near busy streets, and maybe plan a fun snack break at one of the parks along the route.
A: You can still do the tour in light rain, just wear a good poncho! But if it gets heavy, I’d recommend rescheduling for a nicer day. The audio files can be downloaded anytime, so you can pick a day that works best for you.
A: You can definitely just use your phone! The GPS map works well, and it’s really convenient. If you’re worried about battery life, maybe bring a portable charger just in case. Enjoy your walk!

Thinking of gifting the San Francisco Audio Tour—any tips?
I want to get this self-guided audio tour for my parents who are visiting San Francisco next month. They love history and walking around. Is it easy to follow? And how long does it typically take to finish the whole thing? Any must-see stops I should make sure they hit?
Just did the San Francisco self-guided tour, and wow!
I can't recommend this enough! The audio tour was surprisingly informative, and the sights were amazing. I did it last weekend, and the weather was perfect. The best part was stopping at the Golden Gate for some great pics. It took us about 3 hours, but we took our time. Anyone else done this? What did you think?
