Q&A

Q: What age do my kids need to be to join this bike tour?

A: Kids as young as 5 can usually join this tour, but it’s best to check with Urban AdvenTours directly to confirm any specific age restrictions. They have options like kid-sized bikes and trailers for younger children. Just make sure they can ride comfortably and safely!

Q: Is it easy to reschedule if my plans change?

A: Yes, Urban AdvenTours is pretty flexible with rescheduling. They usually allow you to change your tour date if you give them a heads up at least 48 hours in advance. Just make sure to call or email them directly to confirm your new date.

Q: What should we wear for the bike tour?

A: Comfortable clothing is key! I’d recommend sportswear or anything that you can easily move in. A lightweight jacket is good for cooler days, especially near the river. Don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses too, since you’ll be outside for a while.

Thinking about the Family Friendly Guided Bike Tour of Boston

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the Family Friendly Guided Bike Tour of Boston to my sister’s family. They have kids aged 7 and 11. I'm curious about the pace of the tour and if it's really as easy as it sounds? Also, how are the guides? Any thoughts?

Just did the Tour de Boston, and it was awesome!

Just got back from the Family Friendly Guided Bike Tour of Boston and wow, what a great time! The bike paths by the Charles River are beautiful, and our guide was super knowledgeable. My kids loved it, and they even had a little water break by the Navy Yard. Totally recommend it if you’re thinking about it for a gift!
