Q&A
A: Nope! This tour is designed specifically for families, so kids of all ages are welcome. It’s a great way to introduce younger ones to art without it being boring. Just keep in mind that the guide will tailor the experience to keep it engaging for every age, but bringing along toddlers or really little ones might require some extra attention.
A: There’s no strict dress code, but since it’s the Met, I’d suggest something comfortable yet nice. You’ll be walking around for 2.5 hours. Layers are a good idea because it can get chilly inside the museum. Sneakers or comfy shoes are a must if you want to keep up with the kids!
A: Babylon Tours usually allows you to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. You can just contact them through their website or phone number to set a new time. Just make sure to check their policy for any changes in pricing in case there’s a peak time you’re looking to switch to!

Thinking of gifting the Met family tour to my sister!
My sister and her kids are in NYC next month, and I'm thinking of getting them this family-friendly Met tour. It's 2.5 hours which seems perfect for keeping the kids engaged without exhausting them. I love that it’s led by an expert guide because I know they’ll get some cool stories about the art. Anyone have any tips or experiences to share?
Just did the Met tour yesterday - so worth it!
We just finished the family-friendly tour at the Met, and I can't recommend it enough! The kids had a blast, and the guide was super engaging. We even got to skip the line for tickets (except for security). It was a perfect way to spend an afternoon in NYC. Seriously, if you're on the fence about booking it, just do it!
