Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: No specific age limit, but the tour is designed to be family-friendly. Kids of all ages have enjoyed it. Just keep in mind that younger ones might need some extra attention during the museum sections. It’s a good idea to bring a stroller for babies or toddlers, since there’ll be some walking involved.

Q: What should we wear for the tour? Any recommendations?

A: Comfortable clothing is key! It can get warm in Oahu, so breathable fabrics are best. Don’t forget hats and sunscreen, especially if you’re going to be outside for a bit. Good walking shoes are recommended for the cemetery and museum areas.

Q: Can we reschedule if something comes up?

A: Yes, rescheduling is possible! Just contact MSH at least 48 hours in advance. They’re usually pretty accommodating, especially if you have a valid reason. Make sure to check their cancellation policy as well in case of last-minute changes.

Excited for the Pearl Harbor and Downtown tour—any tips?

I just booked the Pearl Harbor and Honolulu Downtown tour for my family while we’re in Oahu next month! We’ve always wanted to see the Arizona memorial, and I've heard great things about the guides. Any tips for making the most of it? Also, how’s the ferry ride to the memorial?

Just did the Pearl Harbor tour—totally recommend it!

We just got back from our Pearl Harbor and Honolulu tour, and wow, it was incredible! The history was so impactful, and the guide was super knowledgeable. The kids were really engaged, especially on the ferry. Make sure to ask questions while you’re there—people love to share their stories!
