Q&A
A: If the weather's not cooperating, Ohana Surf Project is super flexible. They’ll usually call or text you to reschedule if conditions aren’t safe. Just keep an eye on your phone! Sometimes they can offer you options for later that same day if the weather clears up, too.
A: Absolutely! Kids as young as 6 can join the lessons, so it's great for family bonding. They usually tailor the experience a bit for younger ones to make it safe and fun. Just make sure they can swim a little and are ready to have a good time.
A: Yes, you paddle as a group! The instructor will guide everyone together, which is great for team spirit. You can also choose to do a private lesson if you want more focused attention. Either way, you’re gonna have a lot of fun navigating the waters of Waikiki.

Considering the Standup Paddle Lessons for my family's trip!
Hey everyone! I'm thinking about gifting my family a private standup paddle lesson in Waikiki through Ohana Surf Project. We're visiting in two weeks, and I’d love to know more about what to expect. Are the instructors easy-going? And how many people can join the private lesson? Any tips would be appreciated!
Just finished a paddleboarding lesson with Ohana Surf Project!
OMG, we just got back from our lesson in Waikiki and it was AMAZING! The instructors were super chill and made it so easy to learn. Plus, the views are just to die for! We even saw some turtles in the water. Totally recommend this experience for anyone looking to try something new!
