Learn how to sculpt simple shapes from core wool, and then add bright embellishing colors to bring these sweet little creatures to life. Every participant will leave with at least one finished piece they are proud of and is ready to be hung in their home (if there is time we can create a second hummingbird). Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the felting class? Can kids join?

A: Yes, this felting class is great for kids! I took my 10-year-old last summer, and she had a blast. The instructor is super patient and adjusts the pace for younger participants. Just make sure they have a little experience with crafting. It’s a fun way to bond and create something beautiful together!

Q: What do I wear to this class? Is it messy?

A: Wear something comfortable! It's not super messy, but you might get a bit of wool fluff on you. I wore an old t-shirt and jeans, which worked perfectly. They also provide aprons, so you should be good to go!

Q: Can I reschedule if I buy this as a gift and the recipient can’t make it?

A: Yes, you can reschedule the class! Just reach out to the studio a few days in advance, and they’re usually pretty flexible. I gifted this class to my sister, and she had to reschedule once due to a conflict. They were super accommodating, so don’t worry about that!

Just did the Hummingbird Felting Class in Estes Park!

I just got back from the felting class at Inspired Artisan Market & Studio, and wow, what a fun experience! The instructor was super knowledgeable and helped everyone, even those of us who were total beginners. I ended up making two cute hummingbirds that I can’t wait to hang up at home. The best part? All the tools and materials were included, so it was really stress-free. Plus, Estes Park is gorgeous, so I’d recommend making a day of it! Anyone else tried this class?

Thinking of gifting the Hummingbird Felting Class!

I’m searching for unique gifts and this felting class caught my eye! It seems like a sweet way to spend time with my mom. Has anyone done it? How long is the class and what kind of things do you make?
