Q&A
A: There's no official age limit for the scavenger hunt! It’s really suitable for all ages, but younger kids might need some help with the clues. Just keep in mind that it does involve some walking, so make sure the little ones can keep up. It’s a fun way for families to explore Galveston together!
A: Dress comfortably! Since it’s a walking scavenger hunt, I'd recommend wearing sneakers or comfortable sandals, especially since you'll be on the Seawall and around some of the parks. Also, keep the weather in mind – a hat and sunscreen can be helpful if it’s sunny!
A: They say you can do the scavenger hunt anytime since it’s self-guided with your phone! If it’s too rainy, you might want to wait for another day, but you can easily reschedule. Just check the local forecast and plan accordingly. There’s plenty to see and do in Galveston even if the weather's not perfect!

Just did the Finding Poseidon's Trident Hunt and it was a blast!
We just finished the Finding Poseidon's Trident scavenger hunt in Galveston, and wow, it was so fun! The route was really easy to follow, starting at the Poseidon sculpture and taking us along the Seawall. I loved getting to see all the dolphins and the sea turtle sculptures! It took us about 2 hours because we kept stopping to take pictures. Perfect gift for a family outing or just a fun day with friends!
Gift Ideas: Is the scavenger hunt good for my parents?
I'm thinking about getting the Finding Poseidon's Trident scavenger hunt for my parents for their anniversary. They love walking, and Galveston is one of their fave spots. Just wondering if it’s a good fit for them—anyone with experience? How's the walking level?
