Capt. Mike, a Snook Bight Marina Fishing Pro staff guide, is happy to assist you in every way from baiting your hook, casting and cleaning any fish within the legal-size limit. If you are a nature lover we can see dolphins any time of year near Fort Myers Beach. In the summer months, there are also excellent opportunities to spot manatees. 4 hours of fishing fun, we fish within 3 miles of shore and travel time between spots is anywhere from a few minutes to 20 to take advantage of optimal fishing conditions. The boat is stable, has partial shade, a small bathroom, and an iced cooler on board for your favorite food and drinks that you provide. Or there is room for your own cooler. We are handicap accessible and limited to 6 passengers max. We provide everything you will need for fishing, you just bring food and drinks.

Q: What should I wear for the fishing charter? Is it going to get chilly on the water?

A: Definitely wear layers! It can be warm when you're on land, but it might get breezy once you’re out on the water. I recommend a light long-sleeve shirt and some comfortable shorts. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen, too, because you'll be out in the sun for a while!

Q: Is there a cancellation policy if the weather is bad? I want to gift this to my husband, but I don't want it ruined by rain!

A: Yes! If the weather looks rough, Capt. Mike will usually reach out to reschedule. They want everyone to have a great experience. Just keep an eye on the forecast, and you should be good. It's always better to be safe than sorry, especially out at sea!

Q: Does the fishing charter accommodate kids? My son is 10 and loves fishing, but I want to make sure it's fun for him.

A: Absolutely! Capt. Mike is great with kids and makes the experience super fun and educational. Just make sure your son knows some basic fishing rules. They’ll have a blast seeing dolphins and trying to reel in a fish!

I’m so excited! I got the fishing charter with Capt. Mike for my boyfriend’s birthday next month. It’s at Fort Myers Beach, and I’ve heard he’s awesome with the fishing tips. We’re both new to fishing, so I hope we can catch something cool! What should we bring besides food and drinks?

Just got back from the fishing charter! Wow!

We went on the fishing charter with Capt. Mike last weekend and it was incredible! Caught some good-sized fish and even saw dolphins swimming alongside the boat. The cooler for drinks was clutch in the heat. Highly recommend! It was a great day on the water.
