Q&A
A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule if weather conditions aren't safe for flying. Just make sure to call Basecamp Adventures ahead of time. They’re super accommodating, but it's good to give them as much notice as possible to find a new slot for you.
A: There isn’t a strict age limit, but kids should be at least 4 years old to enjoy the experience safely. Just make sure they can wear the snow gear and listen to instructions. It’s a fantastic family outing!
A: Dress in layers! You’ll want a warm base layer, a good insulated jacket, and waterproof boots since you'll be in snow. Basecamp provides snow gear, but having your own good boots is a smart move, especially for snowshoeing. Don’t forget gloves and a hat!

Thinking of gifting the flightseeing trip in Fairbanks!
Hey folks! I’m considering getting the Flightseeing Day Trip from Fairbanks with Lunch for my wife’s birthday. She’s always wanted to see the Arctic landscapes and I think this would be epic! It includes lunch at Latitude 65 too, which sounds good. Anyone done this? What was it like? How’s the food?
Is the helicopter tour worth it?
I’m trying to convince my brother to do the Flightseeing Day Trip, but he’s a bit skeptical. I saw that it's one of the few helicopter tours in the area. Do the views really make it worth it? How's the whole experience overall?
