A: You need to be at least 12 years old to participate in the eFoil adventure, but anyone under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. It's really a fun experience, perfect for teens and adults alike! Just make sure they’re comfortable in the water.

Q: How easy is it to balance on the eFoil? I'm not super athletic.

A: It's actually easier than it looks! The instructors at Opua Adventures are really good at helping you get the hang of it. Most beginners pick it up within the first 20 minutes or so. Just keep your knees slightly bent and stay relaxed!

Q: What happens if it rains? Is there a reschedule policy?

A: If it’s just light rain, the experience usually continues. But if it’s heavy rain or storms, they’ll reschedule. They’re pretty flexible with that. Just be sure to call ahead if the weather looks questionable!

I’m looking at getting this eFoil adventure in Sarasota for my boyfriend’s birthday. Has anyone done it? How long does it usually last? I’ve heard the instructors are awesome, but just want to make sure it’s as fun as it sounds!

I just did the Fly Above Water eFoil adventure last weekend and it was amazing! The water in Sarasota is so clear, and I was flying over it in no time. The instructors were super chill and really helped us feel comfortable. If you’re thinking of doing this, just go for it! Worth every penny.
