Q&A
A: Absolutely! This tour can be great for kids, especially if they enjoy exploring and learning about different cultures. While it's mostly designed for adults, families have found it engaging. Just make sure to supervise them at the stops, especially near any busy streets in Japantown.
A: Yes, you can still enjoy the tour in the rain! Most of the stops have some indoor options where you can learn more about the culture and history. Just grab an umbrella and wear comfortable shoes for the wet pavement.
A: Parking can be a bit tricky in Japantown, but there are several garages nearby. The Japan Center Garage is a good option, plus there are some street parking spots. Just be prepared for a short walk to get started on the tour.

Thinking of gifting the Audio Tour in Japantown!
Hey everyone! I’m considering this 'Food, History, and Resistance' audio tour for my foodie friend’s birthday. It’s self-guided, so I think it’d be a fun way for her to explore Japantown on her own. I love that it’s free and can be done whenever! Has anyone done this yet? What did you think?
Did the Japantown Audio Tour last weekend!
Just wrapped up the 'Food, History, and Resistance' audio tour! It was amazing. Kristin's storytelling made the history come alive. I enjoyed the mix of food stops and cultural insights. Definitely bring some cash, as some places only take cash for goodies! Highly recommend it as a solo or group outing!
