Q&A
A: The tour is primarily aimed at adults, focusing on women's history and local culture, but kids are welcome! Just keep in mind that some historical content might not hold their attention. If you think they’d enjoy exploring Denver’s interesting spots and learning a bit of the local history with engaging stories, it could be a fun family outing.
A: Comfortable shoes are a must! You’ll be doing quite a bit of walking, and some parts may have uneven surfaces. Dress casually, and if the weather looks iffy, consider layers. Denver can be unpredictable—sunny one minute and rainy the next!
A: Great question! Intrepid Urban Adventures has a flexible rescheduling policy. You can usually reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour without any fees, just reach out via their contact info. Always good to check the specifics when booking though, just in case things change!

Thinking of gifting the women’s history tour in Denver!
Hey everyone! I'm considering gifting the Footsteps Through Denver tour to my mom for her birthday. She's really into history and loves exploring new places. I’m curious if anyone has done this tour and what they thought. Does it really dive deep into women’s contributions in the area? Also, is there a lot of walking involved? Any tips would be appreciated!
Just finished the Footsteps Through Denver tour!
OMG, I just did the Footsteps Through Denver tour last weekend and it was incredible! The Brown Palace was stunning, and I loved hearing about the history of women in Colorado. The guide was super engaging and shared so many cool stories. If you’re thinking about it as a gift, I highly recommend it! Just be prepared for a lot of walking but it’s totally worth it!
