Just did the French Quarter Food Tour - amazing experience!

I just got back from the French Quarter Food Walking Tour with Taste of Nawlins, and wow! The food samples were delicious, and the history behind each dish was super interesting. We got to taste gumbo, beignets, and even some crawfish étouffée! Our guide was super passionate about the local culture, which made it feel special. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting New Orleans or looking for a unique gift!

Considering this tour as a gift, but have some concerns.

My sister loves New Orleans and I want to surprise her with this food tour, but I'm worried about food allergies since she can't eat shellfish. The tour says they can't accommodate dietary restrictions. Has anyone done this with allergies? Any tips?
