They’re usually pretty responsive, and I had a good experience when I needed to reschedule my trip for a family emergency.

Q: What’s the age limit for kids on this trip? Can I bring my 5-year-old?

A: Great question! There’s no strict age limit, but keep in mind that some of the activities like snorkeling and parasailing might not be suitable for very young children. However, the whole trip is very family-friendly, and I brought my 6-year-old. She had a blast on the glass-bottom boat!

Q: What should I wear for the snorkeling cruise? Is it chilly in the water?

A: You’ll want to wear a swimsuit and maybe a light cover-up, as it can get hot! The water is usually warm around Key West, so you probably won’t feel chilly. Just bring some reef-safe sunscreen and a hat, and you should be good to go. Flip flops are a must!
