This full day safari will show off the highlights of this incredible place; volcanic thermal features, giant waterfalls, diverse wildlife, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and Yellowstone Lake. Throughout the day we will drive scenic roads, walk historic boardwalks, enjoy the peace of natural landscapes and use our optics to view wildlife. Your guide is your driver, and their goal is to cover as many of Yellowstone’s famous features as they can in a day. The guides will make every effort to showcase as many highlights as possible, and will structure the day around making your experience a memorable one. They will take current road conditions, weather, seasonality, and your personal interests into consideration as they move through the park. A: Yellowstone’s beauty doesn’t fade in the rain! The tour usually goes on, but the guide will adjust the itinerary to make the most of it. They have ponchos available and can recommend the best spots to see in wet weather. Just dress in layers and be prepared for changing conditions!

Q: What's the best way to prepare for the long day? Any tips?

A: Definitely wear comfy shoes and bring layers since temps can vary a lot! The snacks and lunch they provide are great, but I’d recommend packing extra water and maybe a few energy bars. Also, don’t forget your camera and binoculars if you have them — the wildlife viewing can be a highlight!

Just got back from the Yellowstone tour and WOW!

This tour was amazing! We saw bison up close and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone was breathtaking. The guide was super knowledgeable and made the day really enjoyable. Definitely recommend packing layers, it got chilly in the morning! Can’t wait to go back!
