I’m considering this fishing trip in Soldotna for my dad’s birthday. He loves fishing but hasn’t been to Alaska yet! The price is amazing ($0) and it includes hotel pickup! I’m just a little worried about the weather in early October. Anyone ever go around that time? How was the fishing?

Just got back from the Kenai River fishing trip with Kenai River Trout Anglers, and I can’t recommend it enough! The canyon is stunning—like a postcard! Our guide was super chill and knew all the best spots. We caught lots of trout! Hotel pickup made things so easy, too. Seriously, you can’t go wrong here.
