Q&A
A: Yes, the hike is designed to accommodate various skill levels! The guide will adjust the trail based on the group's physical abilities, so even beginners can have a great time. Just wear good hiking shoes and be ready for 4-8 miles depending on the group. If you’re worried, feel free to reach out to Terran Travels for more info!
A: Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes and sturdy hiking shoes! Layers are key since it can get chilly in the mornings and warm up later. Leave the jeans at home, shorts or breathable pants are your best bet. Don't forget a hat and sunglasses too; it can get sunny out there!
A: Terran Travels is pretty flexible with rescheduling due to weather. They'll usually notify you the day before if conditions are unsafe. Just keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to them if you have concerns. They want everyone to have a good time!

Just did the Columbia Gorge hike, and WOW!
I recently went on the Columbia Gorge full-day hike with Terran Travels, and it was amazing! Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared so much about the area's history and nature. We did about 6 miles and saw stunning waterfalls. The picnic lunch was a huge bonus! I’d recommend this for anyone who loves nature, even if you’re not a pro hiker.
Thinking about gifting the Columbia Gorge hike experience!
I want to buy the Columbia Gorge hike for my sister’s birthday. She loves the outdoors but hasn’t hiked much. Has anyone done this as a gift? How did it go? I want to make sure it’s a good experience for her!
