A: There's really no strict age limit! Hi5 welcomes families, and kids as young as 5 can join. They even provide life jackets for when you go snorkeling. Just make sure to check if the kids are comfortable in the water since that part can be really fun! It's a super family-friendly experience overall.

Q: Is there a weight limit for the paddle boarding? I’ve never done it before.

A: There’s no official weight limit that I know of, but they do recommend being within the common range for stability reasons. Most of the boards can support around 250-300 lbs. If you're a first-timer, the guides will help you get the hang of it! Just enjoy the beautiful scenery!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our tour?

A: If the weather looks sketchy, Hi5 will reach out to you ahead of time to reschedule. They prioritize safety first! Most likely they'll work with you to find another day that fits. Just keep an eye on the forecast, and you should be fine!
