Q&A
A: Yes, kids can definitely join the guided climbs, but they usually recommend that participants be at least 8 years old. It’s really about their ability to follow instructions and stay safe. If you’ve got younger kids, you might want to call the Colorado Climbing Company to see if they can make exceptions based on your child's abilities!
A: If there's significant rain or bad weather expected, they’ll either reschedule or move to a different location. Just make sure to check the forecast a day or two before your climb! They’re super flexible and usually give you options if you can’t make the new date.
A: Comfortable athletic wear is key! You’ll want something that allows you to move freely, like leggings or shorts, and a moisture-wicking shirt. Don’t forget a light jacket in case it gets breezy. And you don’t have to worry about shoes since they provide climbing shoes, but make sure to wear good socks!

Just finished my guided rock climbing in Garden of the Gods!
OMG, I just got back from the full day guided rock climbing experience at Garden of the Gods, and it was AMAZING! We climbed some of those beautiful sandstone spires with Pikes Peak in the background. Our guide was super knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable. I’m relatively new to climbing, but they had routes for all skill levels. I can’t wait to go back and bring some friends for a gift experience!
Considering gifting the rock climbing experience for my partner's birthday!
Hey everyone! I'm thinking about gifting the Full Day Guided Rock Climbing in Garden of the Gods for my partner's birthday. They're adventurous but have never climbed before. Is this a good fit for beginners? Also, how much time should I set aside if they want to check out the park after?
