Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the minivan tour? Is it outdoors most of the time?

A: You’ll mainly be in the minivan, but there are stops for pictures and sightseeing. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes since you might be walking a bit in places like Concord. Dress in layers too, since the weather can change during the day in Boston.

Q: Is there a meal included in the tour, or do we need to bring our own?

A: The tour doesn’t include a meal, but there’s a scheduled break where you can grab lunch in Concord. I suggest checking out a local café; I had a fantastic sandwich there! Just bring some extra cash for food.

Q: Is this tour good for kids? What’s the age limit?

A: It’s suitable for kids, but I'd say it depends on their interest in history. My 10-year-old loved it, especially the stories about the battles! Just keep in mind that there might be some long stretches in the vehicle. No strict age limits, but you might want to consider their patience level.

Looking to gift a historical tour in Boston - thoughts on this one?

Hey guys! I'm considering the Full-Day Minivan Tour of Revolutionary Boston for my dad's birthday. He loves history and I think it would be a great way for him to explore. I saw it includes bottled water and a meal break, but what's the vibe like? Is it engaging enough for someone who’s a real history buff? Any tips or experiences would be super helpful!
