Q&A

Q: Are there age restrictions for this private tour?

A: No age restrictions! We’ve had kids as young as 5 and seniors enjoying the sights. It’s super family-friendly, but you might want to check with your group if anyone has mobility issues since some areas involve walking.

Q: What should we wear? Is it casual or more formal?

A: Casual is totally fine! Think comfy shoes since you’ll do a bit of walking around places like Old Town and La Jolla Cove. Also, layers are a good idea; it can get a bit chilly by the coast, especially in the morning.

Q: How does the parking work at the start location in La Jolla?

A: There’s street parking available, but it can fill up quickly! I recommend arriving a bit early to snag a spot or check if the tour provider offers any parking suggestions. Sometimes they have arrangements with local lots too.

Thinking about booking the Full Day Private SD Tour - Experiences?

I’m considering getting this private tour from La Jolla for my family reunion. Has anyone done it? I love the idea of visiting Mount Soledad and seeing the sea lions at La Jolla Cove! Just wondering if it’s worth it and how the lunch break at Seaport Village is. My family can be picky eaters, so I hope there are good options nearby!

Just did the Full Day Tour and it was fantastic!

I took the Full Day Private Tour last weekend and wow, it was epic! The guide was so knowledgeable about San Diego's history. The stop at the Hotel del Coronado was stunning, plus we got some great pics at Balboa Park. We even saw a couple of sea lions at La Jolla Cove! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for something fun to do with friends or family.
