Q&A

Q: Can you reschedule if we can’t make the original date? How does that work?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just reach out to Zohery Tours at least 48 hours before your original tour date. They'll help you pick a new date that works for you. It’s pretty flexible as long as you give them a heads up.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour? My son is 10.

A: There’s no strict age limit! Kids are welcome, and the tour is actually pretty engaging for them. Just keep in mind that they’ll need to stay with you during the audio tour at Mount Vernon. It’s a great way for them to learn some history!

Q: What should I wear? I don’t want to be uncomfortable all day!

A: Comfort is key! I'd recommend wearing layers since you'll be outside at the monuments and also inside during the audio tour. Good walking shoes are a must since you’ll be doing quite a bit of walking in DC and Mount Vernon. Don't forget sunscreen in the summer!

Thinking about gifting the DC tour but need some insights!

Hey everyone! I'm looking to gift the Full-Day Tour of Washington DC with Mount Vernon & Old Alexandria to my parents. They love history, and I think they’d enjoy the audio tour at Mount Vernon. Anyone done this tour? What was the highlight for you? Also, how’s the bus ride? Any tips?

Just booked the Washington DC tour—super excited!

I just booked the Full-Day Tour of Washington DC with Mount Vernon for next month! Can't wait to see the cherry blossoms and learn more about George Washington. Has anyone else experienced it in April during the bloom? What was it like?
