Q&A
A: There's no strict dress code, but I'd suggest wearing something comfortable yet stylish. You’ll be doing a bit of walking around SoHo and dining in a nice rooftop setting, so maybe something casual-chic. Keep in mind that layers are a good idea since you’ll be indoors and outdoors. Most women wore dresses or nice tops with jeans when I went.
A: If you need to reschedule, you can usually do so up to a week before the event. Just reach out to the provider directly, and they’re pretty accommodating. Cancellations might have a fee depending on how close to the event you are, so it's best to check their policy on the website.
A: The retreat is designed for adult women, so generally, it's best suited for ages 21 and up. That said, I've seen younger women (in their early 20s) enjoying it just as much. It’s about the vibe and connection, not just the age!

Just returned from the NYC Women's Retreat - it was amazing!
I just got back from the Full Day Women’s Retreat in NYC, and I can’t recommend it enough! The reflection circles were super powerful, and the views from the One World Observatory were breathtaking. The group had a fantastic vibe, and the lunch in SoHo was delicious. Plus, the dinner on the rooftop with live music? Totally magical! If you're considering this as a gift, it's worth every penny and more.
Thinking of gifting the Women's Retreat to my sister
I'm really considering getting this retreat for my sister's birthday! She loves NYC and could use a relaxing day of connection and reflection. Has anyone experienced this? Is it good for someone who's more introverted? Just want to make sure she’d enjoy it and not feel overwhelmed.
