A: Wear something comfortable but don’t go all out. A casual shirt and jeans will do just fine. There might be some rice flying around, but it’s not too messy overall. An apron is provided, so you’ll be good!

Thinking of gifting a sushi making class in Dallas—anyone tried it?
I’m looking at the Fun Sushi Making Class at that Brewery in the Design District. The idea of learning from Chef Tony sounds awesome! I’ve never made sushi before but I love it. Is the class really as fun as it looks? Would it be good for a group activity? Trying to plan a gift for my friend's birthday.
Just completed the sushi making class and it was amazing!
