Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Gnarly Nags Head Scavenger Hunt?

A: There's no official age limit, but it's generally best for older kids and adults. The puzzles and clues might be a bit tricky for younger kids to fully engage with. If you're thinking of bringing kids along, just make sure they’re old enough to understand the scavenger hints and explore safely!

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: Yes! Alley Kat Adventures is pretty flexible with rescheduling due to weather. Just reach out to them if you think the conditions aren't great, and they’ll help you find another time that works. They want everyone to have a great experience!

Q: What should we wear for the scavenger hunt?

A: Comfortable clothes and shoes are your best bet! You’ll be walking around, so wear something you can move in. Also, check the weather for the day you’re going; if it’s sunny, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat. If it’s cooler, layers are ideal since you might be outside for a while.

Thinking of gifting the Gnarly Nags Head Scavenger Hunt!

Hey everyone! I’m considering getting this scavenger hunt experience for my sister's birthday. She loves puzzles and exploring. The idea of having a live host sounds cool! Just curious if anyone's done it and what you thought about the hidden gems part. Are they really off the beaten path?

Gnarly Nags Head Scavenger Hunt experience?

Has anyone recently tried the scavenger hunt in the Outer Banks? I’m thinking of it as a fun family outing. How interactive was the live host? Would my kids enjoy it?
