Q&A

Q: What age limits are there for the attractions included in the Boston Explorer Pass?

A: Most attractions included in the Boston Explorer Pass are family-friendly, but age restrictions can vary by location. For example, the Museum of Science is great for all ages, but some activities there may have specific limits for younger kids. Make sure to check the details for each attraction on the Go City website or their digital guide for any specific age requirements.

Q: Can I change the attractions I chose after purchasing the pass?

A: Once you activate the pass, you can't change the attractions you've selected. However, you can choose from any attraction available under the number of entries you've purchased within 30 days of your first use. So just make sure to pick the ones you really want before using it! It's flexible, but just plan wisely!

Q: What's the best way to get around to all the attractions in Boston?

A: The T (subway) is a great way to get around Boston! It’s convenient and affordable. Most attractions listed on the Explorer Pass are fairly close to T stops, so you shouldn't have too much trouble. If you plan to cover a lot of ground, consider getting a CharlieCard for smoother travels. Just don’t forget to check the schedules!

Thinking of gifting the Boston Explorer Pass! Any thoughts?

Hey everyone! I'm considering gifting the Boston Explorer Pass for my sister's birthday. She loves museums and sightseeing. I saw that she can choose up to 5 attractions, which is awesome. I was thinking of the Museum of Science and maybe the View Boston Observation Deck. Anyone done this? Is it worth it? How's the experience?

Used the Boston Explorer Pass for a weekend trip!

Just got back from a weekend in Boston using the Explorer Pass! We did the Museum of Fine Arts, the Boston Tea Party Ships, and the New England Aquarium. Seriously, such a good deal! We saved a ton of money, and it was super easy to use on our phones. Just swipe in and you’re good to go! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city. My only tip would be to start early to get the most out of your day.
