Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the goats yoga session? Can kids participate?

A: No age limit here! The Goat Yoga sessions are family-friendly and encourage kids to join in on the fun. Just make sure they’re comfortable with the goats, as they like to roam around during class. It could be a great way to introduce them to yoga and animals at the same time!

Q: What if it rains? Do they cancel the goat yoga class?

A: They do have an indoor area if the weather doesn't cooperate, so no worries! Just check their website or call ahead to see if they’re moving classes inside that day. Rainy days can still be fun with the goats!

Q: Can I bring my own yoga mat or is it provided? What about towels?

A: They provide a yoga mat and towel for you, so no need to bring your own if you don’t want to. The mats are clean and comfy, and you’ll have enough space for the goats to roam around. Just bring some water and maybe a light snack for after!

Thinking of booking Goat Yoga for my family, any tips?

I’m planning to surprise my family with a Goat Yoga session in Anahola next month. We’ve never done anything like this! I’ve heard it’s super fun and the goats are adorable. How early should we arrive? And is there anything specific we should wear? Any advice would be awesome!

Just did Goat Yoga and it was amazing!

I went to the Goat Yoga session last week and it totally exceeded my expectations! The views of Kalalea Mountain were breathtaking, and the goats were so friendly and playful. Afterward, we spent some time shopping in their goat shop, and I picked up some cute goat-themed gifts. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Kaua'i!
