Q&A
A: There are no strict age limits for renting the electric bikes, but children under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. The bikes are pretty easy to handle, so most teens and adults should be good to go! Helmets are included for safety, and make sure to check if your gift recipient is comfortable riding in traffic since the route can be busy.
A: If it rains, they typically allow you to reschedule your booking for another day. Just give them a call ahead of time to check. The bikes aren't super fun in the rain anyway, so they want everyone to have a good experience. Make sure to keep an eye on the weather forecast before your ride!
A: Yes, there are some street parking spots available near the rental location, but it can get pretty crowded, especially on weekends. I recommend arriving early if you’re driving. If you’re taking public transport, there are several bus stops nearby, which can be a great option too!

Thinking about gifting an electric bike rental for the Golden Gate Bridge!
Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the Golden Gate Bridge Electric Bike Rental as a gift for my sister’s birthday. She loves biking but hasn’t tried an e-bike before. I think it’d be awesome to ride through San Francisco and see the bridge! Has anyone done this? What was your experience like? Any tips on what to wear or bring?
Just did the electric bike rental and it was AMAZING!
Just got back from the electric bike rental experience at Bike & View, and WOW! The bikes were super easy to ride. We zipped up to the Golden Gate Bridge in no time. Plus, the views were incredible! Pro tip: go in the morning to avoid the crowd. Can’t recommend it enough!
