Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the food tour?

A: There's no specific age restriction, but keep in mind that some of the food may be more suitable for older kids or adults. Younger children might not be as interested in the cuisine offered at the different eateries, but they're welcome to join! Just make sure they can handle the walking part since we do walk quite a bit between tastings.

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just make sure to contact Delicious Dish Tours at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. They’re usually pretty accommodating and will help you find a new date that works.

Q: What's the best way to get to the meeting point for the tour?

A: The meeting point is super easy to get to! If you’re driving, there’s parking nearby, but it can be limited. I usually take the Metro since it drops you off close. Just make sure to get the Metro card beforehand. The guide will provide instructions on the exact meeting location when you book.

Just did the Downtown LA food tour and wow!

I just got back from the Gourmet Downtown LA Walking Food Tour and it was AMAZING! We tried tacos at Grand Central Market and some insane Japanese fusion dishes in Little Tokyo. The guide was super knowledgeable about the history of each place we visited. Honestly, if you’re looking for a unique gift for someone, this is it! Perfect for foodies or anyone wanting to explore LA's hidden gems. Can't recommend it enough!

Thinking of gifting the food tour but need opinions!

I want to get my parents the Downtown LA food tour for their anniversary. They love trying new cuisines but are in their late 60s. Do you think it’s suitable for them? And what should they wear? Would they be able to keep up with the walking?
