Q&A

Q: Are there any age limits for the Thai Town walking food tour?

A: There's no strict age limit for the tour, but it's generally more suitable for adults or teens who can appreciate the food and culture. Kids are welcome, but keep in mind some dishes might be spicy! Just check with the tour guide if you have specific dietary concerns.

Q: What should we wear on the food tour? Is it mostly walking?

A: Great question! Dress comfortably since you’ll be doing a fair bit of walking. Closed-toe shoes are best because some places might be a bit messy. Layer up too, as LA weather can change. You'll want to be comfy to enjoy all that amazing food!

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

A: If it rains, the tour usually goes on unless the weather is really bad. They’ll contact you to let you know about any changes. I suggest bringing a light rain jacket just in case! LA is known for surprise showers.

Just did the Thai Town food tour and wow!

I went on the Gourmet LA Thai Town Walking Food Tour last weekend, and it was an amazing experience! We hit up 8 different spots, including the one that Matt Groening loves. The street food was to die for, especially the khao soi! I learned so much about the ingredients and even tried hard-to-find desserts. Perfect for anyone who loves food!

Considering gifting this food tour to my foodie friend!

I’m thinking about getting the Thai Town walking food tour for my buddy's birthday. He’s a huge fan of Thai food and loves trying new places. Has anyone done it? Is it worth the price? Would love some feedback!
