A: The hike can be moderate to strenuous depending on your pace and the trail you take. Most of our guests range from casual walkers to seasoned hikers. The guides do a great job at adjusting the pace for everyone. Just bring your water and some good boots, and you should be fine!

Q: What should I wear for the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone hike? Any recommendations?

A: Definitely wear layers! Mornings can be chilly in Yellowstone, but it warms up during the day. Sturdy hiking boots are a must, and don’t forget a hat and sunscreen. The guides often suggest packing a light rain jacket too, just in case!

A: Yes, you can reschedule your hike! Just contact Wildland Trekking directly at least 48 hours in advance, and they’ll help you find another day that works. They’re pretty flexible, which is nice.

I went on the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone hike last month, and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life! The views were breathtaking, and the guides made it super fun and informative. The picnic they provide is so good! Highly recommend it!
