This tour departs the Deer Valley airport in Phoenix. It includes spectacular views of the Tonto National Forest, the Verde River, the Red Rock formations of Sedona, the San Francisco Peaks, the Painted Desert and the Navajo Indian Reservation. The flight continues on a scenic over-flight of the Grand Canyon on a route that only a few companies are allowed to fly. After the overflight, the tour lands at the Grand Canyon airport, located just minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park. Your ground tour is provided by a professional tour guide who will take you to scenic overlooks inside the Grand Canyon National Park. Your last stop will be in the Grand Canyon Historic Village where you may visit various lodges and other shops and galleries, all of which are located along the Rim, making it easy to see the Grand Canyon from many different vantage points. Just booked the Grand Canyon tour, any tips?

Hey everyone! I just booked the Grand Canyon South Rim Signature Ground Tour with PJX for me and my partner. We’re flying out from Deer Valley and I can’t wait to see the views from the plane! Does anyone have tips on what to wear or things to bring? I heard there are scenic overlooks and a chance to grab lunch at the Historic Village. Thanks in advance!
