Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the Grand Canyon West experience? Is it as hot as Vegas?

A: Definitely wear lightweight, breathable clothing since it can get pretty warm at the Grand Canyon. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes because there’s quite a bit of walking at the viewpoints. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat. It’s always better to be prepared for sunburns!

Q: Can you upgrade to the Skywalk at the last minute?

A: You can usually add the Skywalk option when you check in for your tour, but it’s best to book ahead if possible since they can sell out. Just check with the provider when you book your tickets. They’re super helpful about upgrades!

Q: Are there age limits for kids on this trip? What’s the youngest age allowed?

A: There aren’t strict age limits, but kids should be at least 3 years old to join the tour. It’s a great experience for families because there’s so much to see. Just keep in mind that younger kids might get tired from the walking, so plan accordingly!

Just got back from the Grand Canyon West trip and wow!

I just did the Grand Canyon West trip from Vegas last week and it was AMAZING! We upgraded to the Skywalk and a lunch combo. The views from Guano Point were like nothing I've ever seen. The bus was comfortable and our guide was super informative. Totally worth the price! If you’re on the fence, go for it! You'll love it!

Considering this trip as a gift, any thoughts?

I'm thinking about getting this Grand Canyon experience for my brother's birthday. He loves adventure but has never seen the Grand Canyon. Should I go for the helicopter option too? Is it worth the extra money? Looking for some advice!
