Q&A
A: Yes, children must be at least 2 years old to fly on the helicopter, and there’s no upper age limit as long as you're healthy enough to fly. Just a heads up, they do require everyone to have their own seat, so if you're bringing a younger child, you'll need to pay for them a seat even if they sit on your lap.
A: Absolutely! If the weather is poor and the flight is canceled, you will be given the option to reschedule for a later date or receive a full refund. Just be sure to check the weather close to your tour date, as they do their best to keep you updated.
A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get chilly up in the air, especially in the morning. Comfortable shoes are a must since you’ll be hopping around at the Grand Canyon too. Sunglasses are also a good idea because the glare can be intense on the way back. And don't forget to put on sunscreen!

Just did the Grand Canyon helicopter tour from Vegas and WOW!
I finally got to experience the Grand Canyon West Rim Day Trip by helicopter, and it was INCREDIBLE! We flew over the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The views from the Skywalk were unreal. It’s a bit pricey (around $500 per person), but totally worth it for the experience. The helicopter ride was smooth, and our pilot shared cool info about everything we saw. Highly recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves adventure!
Considering gifting the Grand Canyon helicopter tour! Need advice!
I’m thinking about gifting this helicopter tour to my partner for our anniversary. I’ve read great things, but how’s the shuttle service at the canyon? Is it easy to get around? Also, any tips for a first-timer?
