Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this SkyWalk tour?

A: There isn't a strict age limit for the SkyWalk tour, but kids under 6 might have issues with the height. It's really a matter of comfort level for them. I took my 8-year-old, and he loved it—just make sure they hold onto the railings! Also, the tour is perfect for families.

Q: What should we wear for the Grand Canyon tour? Is it hot up there?

A: Layering is key! Mornings can be chilly, especially on the SkyWalk, but it gets hot later in the day. I'd recommend lightweight clothing and some comfy shoes. Don't forget sunglasses and sunscreen too—those views can be bright!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather looks bad, the tour operators are great about rescheduling. Just contact them a day before to check the forecast. They want you to have the best experience possible, plus the SkyWalk is closed in extreme weather.

Thinking of gifting the Grand Canyon SkyWalk tour—any advice?

I want to surprise my parents with the SkyWalk and Hoover Dam tour from Vegas. They’ve never been to the Grand Canyon, and I think they’d love it! I’ve read about the breakfast included and the stunning views, but how do the logistics work? Anyone done this?

Just got back from the SkyWalk tour—amazing!

I went on the Grand Canyon West SkyWalk tour and it was breathtaking! The views from Guano Point were unreal. The SkyWalk was a little scary but totally worth it! Breakfast was on point too! I’d 100% recommend it to anyone who loves adventure.
