Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the helicopter tour? Can kids go?

A: Yes, kids can join on the helicopter tour! There’s no strict age limit, but they should be at least 2 years old to have a seat. If they’re younger, they can sit on your lap. Just make sure to book in advance if you have a larger group with kids.

Q: What's the best time of year to take the tour? Does it get canceled due to weather?

A: Spring and fall are the best times for this tour since the weather is usually mild and the views are stunning! They do cancel for severe weather, like high winds or thunderstorms, but you'll get a full refund or can reschedule without hassle if that happens.

Q: How's the parking situation at the heliport? Is it easy to find?

A: Parking is pretty straightforward! There's a lot right at the heliport, and it’s free. Just get there a little early, maybe 15-30 minutes, to find a good spot and check in. You won't want to miss a second of that beautiful view!

Thinking of gifting the Grand Moab Helicopter Tour!

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting the Grand Moab Scenic Heli Tour for my partner's birthday. It sounds amazing, especially with the views of Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. But I’m a bit nervous about the whole helicopter thing. Is it really as breathtaking as it sounds? Any tips for first-timers?

Just got back from the Grand Moab Heli Tour - WOW!

I just did the Grand Moab Scenic Heli Tour last week, and it was honestly one of the coolest experiences ever. The aerial views of Castleton Tower and the Otho Natural Bridge were just breathtaking. Definitely bring your camera! We had the best weather, which made everything pop. Can't recommend it enough if you’re up for an adventure!
