Grand Teton National Park’s striking and memorable landscapes are second to none. From majestic mountains and verdant valleys to glistening lakes and meandering rivers, this sanctuary is a haven for diverse and abundant forests, wildflowers, and wildlife. Embark on an exploration of the park’s rich cultural history, with opportunities to photograph old homesteads and cattle ranches, or tread on trails laid by the Civilian Conservation Corps, Native Americans, and fur trappers from the early 1800s. Groups are capped at 8 hikers. If we don't meet the minimum number of spots booked, registrants will be offered an option to make the tour private for an additional charge or cancel for a full refund. Good Trip Adventures is an authorized permittee of Grand Teton National Park. This tour does not include hiking trails, as park regulations do not permit guided hikes longer than 0.5 miles.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the Grand Teton tour?

A: There’s no official age limit, but it’s really designed for teens and adults due to the pace of the tour. Kids who are around 10 and up might enjoy it, especially if they’re into nature! Just keep in mind there will be some time spent in the vehicle, and the guide covers a lot of info.

Q: What should we wear for the Grand Teton tour?

A: Dress in layers! Mornings can be chilly in Wyoming, even in summer. I recommend a light jacket, good hiking shoes, and definitely don’t forget sunscreen and a hat. It can get sunny out there! Also, bring a refillable water bottle if you have one.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

A: If there’s light rain, the tour usually goes ahead, but they’ll provide ponchos if you need them. In case of severe weather, they will reach out beforehand and give you options to reschedule or get a refund. So, you’re covered either way!

Thinking of gifting the Grand Teton tour! Any tips?

I’m considering giving my mom the Grand Teton Full Day Small Group Tour for her birthday. She loves nature and photography! I read that the groups are small, which is awesome. Does anyone have experience with this? What’s the best time of year to go? Also, any tips on what snacks to pack?

Just did the Grand Teton tour and it was epic!

We got to see a ton of wildlife! They had snacks and drinks too, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves the outdoors. Totally worth the price!
